Service Description

◦ 30 minute in person meeting w/contract and financial agreement signing ◦ 3 prenatal meetings; can include me attending prenatal appointment/s with you ◦ Custom postpartum support plan ◦ Unlimited text/email support ◦ Preparing for labor plan ◦ 2 hour prenatal support shift between 35 and 40 weeks gestation for extra help at home | X2 [optional] ◦ On-Call virtual birth support from 37 weeks gestation to birth (including c-sections; emergency or scheduled) ◦ 90 minutes of in person postpartum support immediately following birth [optional] ◦ 30 minute in person postpartum check-in 5-7 days postpartum ◦ 56 postpartum support hours | can be broken up into 4 hour daytime shifts and/or 8 hour overnight shifts ◦ Access to my online resources
